Public Offer

1. Terms and general provisions

The Seller is the legal entity whose details are stated at the end of this document. The Buyer is the person who places an order. Goods are the disinfectants, antiseptics and related products presented on the site.

2. Subject of the offer

The Seller undertakes to hand over the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer. Images and descriptions on the site are for information only.

3. Placing an order

An order is placed via the site's cart or as agreed with a manager. After it is placed, a manager contacts the Buyer to confirm the composition, availability and cost of the order.

4. Price and payment

Prices on the site are in Uzbek soum (UZS). For some items the price is shown on request and is confirmed by a manager. Payment is possible in cash and by bank transfer; an invoice is issued for legal entities.

The final order cost is confirmed by a manager before shipment.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out across Tashkent and the whole territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Timing and cost are agreed when the order is confirmed. Shipment is made after payment is received (for bank transfers).

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

• the Seller undertakes to hand over goods of proper quality within the agreed period;
• the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data and to accept the paid-for goods;
• the Seller may decline to fulfil an order if the goods are unavailable, notifying the Buyer and refunding the payment.

7. Returns and exchange

Due to the nature of the products (disinfectants, antiseptics and medical devices), goods of proper quality are not accepted for return or exchange.

Goods of improper quality (defective or not matching the order) are subject to replacement in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any defects found must be reported to the Seller upon acceptance of the goods.

8. Liability and force majeure

The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force-majeure circumstances.
